The following terms of use govern the use of Engage Emergency Management (engagewaem.com). The software platform is owned by Social Pinpoint Pty Ltd and operated by us, the DFES State Emergency Management Policy Branch.

By accessing and using this Social Pinpoint platform, you are choosing to accept and comply with the terms of use presented throughout this agreement as well as the privacy statement . These terms of use apply to all visitors and users of this site. Linked sites, affiliated services or third party content or software have their own Terms that you must comply with. If you disagree with any of the terms of use presented in this agreement, you may discontinue using the site immediately.

4. You agree that if you are a member of SEMC, SEMC Subcommittee, Reference Group or working group that you will abide by the SEMC Code of Conduct.

5. You agree that you will not publish the personal information of other parties as part of your comments and should you do so, you indemnify SEMC and DFES for any actions, proceedings, suits, claims, demands, compensation, interest, damages, costs, charges and expenses arising because of any such publication.

6. You agree to give the right to review, edit, modify, publish or decline publication of your comments and also agree that comments submitted may be visible for all other users of the Social Pinpoint platform.
